Had an awesome time with friends! We enjoyed the nightlife and took a short stroll to nearby markets. The rooftop views during New Year's celebrations were amazing. The shuttle service is a great perk! Rooms were clean and comfy, perfect for our group.

The only downside was figuring out the elevator system. It was confusing that we had to change elevators to reach our room, which was a bit inconvenient, especially after a long day out.

Nearby shopping and subway access was a big plus.

The air conditioning struggled to warm up despite being set high.

We had a great time relaxing by the stunning outdoor pool and indulging at the delicious breakfast buffet every morning. The room was spacious and clean, perfect for a family getaway. Just a heads up, the shower area was a bit dim, but it didn’t take away from our fantastic stay! 😊

I loved staying in this hotel because it’s so close to Talad Neon Market and the Platinum Fashion Mall, making it easy to explore the vibrant shopping scene. The breakfast buffet had an excellent variety that fueled my daily adventures around the city.

I stayed for 5 nights in a Luxury Quadruple Room. The staff provided helpful service. The location is convenient, close to shopping malls. Rooms are clean with good amenities. Breakfast offers a decent variety. 🥞

The Premier Room I stayed in was spacious and really clean. The bed and pillows were super comfy, making it easy to rest after a long day. I booked a smoking room, but surprisingly, there was no smell, thanks to great ventilation. The bathroom had all the basics too. It felt like a luxury stay without the hefty price tag. However, the room was a little dated, so not everything felt brand new. Overall, pretty solid.

While the proximity to the canal boat was an advantage, the nearest subway station required a bit more walking than expected. Additionally, some areas of the hotel felt a bit dated, impacting the overall ambiance.

Location is perfect for shopping with easy access to multiple malls and night markets. The pool in the Main Tower was a hit, and the room was spacious, making our family stay a comfortable one. Definitely a place I’d return to!

I stayed in a Premier Family room for 2 nights. The room was spacious with comfy beds, perfect for my family. The front desk staff were friendly, making check-in easy. The location is superb, just a short walk to Palladium Mall and other attractions. However, the elevator situation was confusing. You have to switch elevators to get to different towers, which can be inconvenient, especially with luggage. I enjoyed the pool area, but couldn't find enough time to use it. Breakfast had decent options, but seating was limited on busy mornings. The staff were responsive when I requested items, which I appreciated. The air conditioning had issues, and even after reporting it, the problem wasn’t resolved during our stay. It was disappointing to deal with that, but we made it work by keeping a window open. Overall, it was a comfortable stay, despite the few hiccups I encountered.

I had a fantastic time at the Berkeley Hotel Pratunam! Comfortable room, great breakfast options. The only downside was the slow water flow in the bathtub, but it didn't overshadow my lovely experience!
